Roses in my beautiful village St Guilhem le Désert (UNESCO world heritage site)
Thanks to everyone who came to our stand at this year's Primeverre organic expo in Lyon, we had such fun!

Thank you all for coming to our second aperitif floral which took place on the 18 Sept at Vivre à Aniane (a local association). It was such a pleasure to share ideas on cooking with flowers and essential oils. I wasn't sure if the hommous a la rose would be a success but nothing was left. Perhaps the Vin blanc au Jasmin helped! Merci Nicolas

What a beautiful weekend for me to spend with my dear friends Tam and Greg at their biodynamic farm. I celebrated my 40th birthday with people i love dearly whose conviction toward and healthy and happy planet inspired the very beginnings of Sharini Parfums over ten years ago. We harvested some of their incredibly beautiful roses (rosa damanscena) and then distilled in an old copper still. I cannot recommend a better supplier of essential oils - they are wonderful.
